This website and the KT GAds API tool are operated by Kion Technology, a trading name of LB42 Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 14580070 and VAT number GB528498642.
LB42 Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. Data protection questions can be sent using the enquiry form.
Forms
Data collected via the enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your first name, last name, company name and email address. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work with you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Form submissions are processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which receives the submitted fields and stores them on our behalf as a data processor.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which carries out browser and interaction checks to reduce spam and automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose.

Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie settings.

KT GAds API
Google user data
KT GAds API is Kion Technology's internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API to report on and manage Google Ads accounts for clients who authorise access.
- KT GAds API accesses Google Ads data only via Google OAuth, with the consent of the Google Ads account holder.
- Data received is used solely to report on and manage the Google Ads accounts the user has authorised.
- Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except where needed to provide the service or where required by law.
- Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Retention
How long data is kept
Enquiry form data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than two years after the last contact unless a longer period is required by law.
Google Ads data accessed through KT GAds API is kept only for as long as needed to provide reporting and account management for the authorised accounts. When access is revoked or the client relationship ends, stored Google user data is deleted.
Google Analytics data is retained in line with the retention settings of the Google Analytics property.
Security
How data is protected
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data and to Google Ads data is restricted to our team and protected by strong authentication. OAuth credentials for KT GAds API are stored securely and are never shared.
Your rights
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, use the enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
